<p>I found out that the fees have risen from the 2010-2011 year. <p>Summary of changes for ACT fees:
ACT (No Writing): +1.00
ACT Plus Writing: +1.50</p>

<p>5th and 6th college choices: No change at $10.00 each
Telephone re-registration: +1.00
Late registration fee (U.S. or Canada only): No change at $21.00
Standby testing on test day: +1.00
International testing (required outside the U.S. or Canada): +1.00
Test date change: +1.00
Test center change: +1.00</p>

<p>Viewing scores and score report online: FREE (as usual)
Test Information Release (TIR) service: No change at $18.00</p>
