I took a practice test for the ACT, taking each subsection separately, and I received a 30. How much improvement do you think i will see after prepping with ACT for Brainiacs? What have students who have prepped with this experienced?

i think the brainiac thing is way too hard, but it has good suggestions.

ok, thanks for the reply.

There are two versions of ACT for Brainiacs apparently - is the one everyone on here uses the one that's yellow and black?

I did not know that there were two versions, but the one I bought from Amazon a few months ago was yellow and black. I did very much like ACT for Brainiacs; my composite went up two points after using it with the official ACT prep guide for a month.

The questions focus exclusively on the tough stuff, but the tips are very helpful. I think it works best as a supplement to the ACT's official guide, not as a substitution.

Thanks! I'm looking to get from a 34 to a 35 or even 36 (yeah right), so practicing the really tough stuff is what I need most.
