ACT for the second time vs. SAT for the 3rd time?

Hi, I am a rising high school senior.

I have taken the SAT for 2 times now: 2080 in Oct 2010 (CR 600, M 750, W 730-8) and 2150 in Mar 2011 (CR 670, M 800, W 680-8).

I have taken the ACT very recently in June 2011: 29 (Eng 28, M 35, R 26, Sci 28; essay-8)

I have taken 3 SAT Subject Tests: Korean 800, Math II 800, U.S. History 710.

If I had taken the ACT very well (33 or above), I was planning to stop taking the SAT or ACT and focus on the SAT IIs in October.

Well, this is not the case now...........

Should I take the ACT in September and try to raise the score to 33 or above?

OR

Should I take the SAT again in October and try to score 2200 or above?

I am planning to take one or two more subject tests in science and thinking about applying single-choice early action to Yale, to which the application is due on Nov.1.

Thank you for your time................................so sad :(

A 33 is about a 2180. If you’re taking more SAT II you probably want to take the ACT again and raise your score. It seems like it will be easier and you can use the SAT test dates for your SAT II science tests.

Why not do both. For SAT you have scores choice so it won’t really matter? (someone correct me if I’m wrong. I’m not sure bout this)

^Some, if not most, colleges require you to submit all SAT scores.
