ACT Goof?

The first time I took the ACT I got a 29 (29 English, 32 Math, 27 Reading, 29 Science). This time around I got a 30 (33 English, 33 Math, 32 Reading, 23 Science). That's right a 23 Science. What do I do now? Do I even send in this score?

frantic bump

I’m in the same boat haha. I got a 34 English 34 Reading 32 Math and … 23 Science!!! Hooray for destroying my composite! Luckily I have a 1470 SAT to submit instead :)

I’m not sure how to answer your question, though. Considering the higher composite, I would say, “yes, send it.” But then again that 23 science is not even above the “ACT College Readiness Benchmark Standard” for whatever that’s worth.

Worst case, send them both. That way you’ll show that your not totally incompetent in science (with your 29).

thanks. anyone else have advice?

Definitely send both. Some colleges even superscore, giving u a higher composite! Plus, cause of ur 29 on ur first one, when they see your second one they know your capable of more.
