<p>OK so i'vee been wondering for a while how does the essay affect the composite scores? Does it affect english which in turn affects the composite or does it only affect the english score alone.(the english score w/o the essay account plus other scores give the composite). </p>

<p>And is anyone as anxious as I am for their scores?!?! only 25 hrs 15 min!!</p>

<p>essay has no effect on composite. composite is avg of the four sections. a week or so after first posting, you get the essay score, and an english/writing score out of 36 which is a combo of essay and english, but this still does not affect compossite</p>
