ACT Help please!

So I took my first ACT test in March and got a crappy score of 23. I know, I know, it's not even worth to mention on this site. I studied for about four month everyday after school for that test and when I was taking it, it really didn't seem that hard

But anyways, I need a 30 or above or else...Please give me some tips for getting there because I feel like I've already tried everything.

What is a good test taker? How do I improve. Please don't tell me that it's impossible to raise my score that high because I've done many impossible things already and I just want to add this to my list.

Also, my best subject used to be English and I used to get 35, 36 on it, but as I keep studying, my score keeps decreasing to 30, 27, 28. Why is this happening?

Any tips for the ACT will be highly appreciated! Thank you.
