ACT Help!

So far, I've only taken the ACT once (April 9th) and I am taking it again this June.

I scored-

English- 26
Math- 27
Reading- 21
Science- 22
Composite- 24

Today I took the first practice test in the PR book. I felt a little more comfortable taking it this time but once again, my reading and science scores were really low. (30-E, 29-M,21-R,23-S) Is there any way to raise my score for these two sections, especially reading? I know that "reading more" is the obvious answer but I simply don't have the time. I have a little less than a month to get better and I'm going for a 28 this time. However, I have 4 more times to take the ACT and want to possibly end up around a 30. Wondering if this is possible??...That would be great.

Oh, and are the scores from the PR accurate? I'm also a rising senior.
