ACT HELP!!

I took the ACT a second time:
M:23
S:23
E:31
R: 31

C:27

So my goal is to get a 30.I did a bunch of practice tests but never got any better and never understood why I got anything wrong so I kinda wasted my time. I finally got the black book which has all of the math concepts in it that I obviously need to review. I also got a science book. I’m taking the act again in april(mandatory) and in June. Is it possible to get a 30? I’m not stupid(ha hopefully not) but I think I’m maybe not being careful enough. Should I get a tutor or try to learn with the black book? Also any tips? I don’t read the science passages and just look at the graphs but obviously I’m still bad at science(I’m actually ok at real science just not this). And I want to have ascience major so this is terrible and I’m really desperate right now! Help!!

Go on prepscholar blog site. They have a lot of articles on strategies for science, as well as all of the other sections. Look online for practice tests. Do some science ones and get familiar with reading the graphs. Hope this helps!

And also get familiar with the style of the questions.
