Absolutely worthless.

Thanks. I was literally on my way to buy it.

get the “official” one. it helps. i went from a 26 with no prep to a 33 after preparing with the book and becoming more comfortable with the test and the timing. good luck.

What’s ACT in a box?

it’s Kaplan’s ACT prep

there is an official prep thing? ( besides the red book)
the reason the ACT in a box seemed so appealing was because I could do some flash cards every day during school, but I can’t just have a gigantic book with me. You know?

ummm leave the gigantic book at home where you can truly concentrate. i don’t know what you would need flash cards for on the ACT though?

That’s EXACTLY why i was confused… how can they condense the entire ACT knowledge in flashcards…

Books aren’t too bad. If you have enough strength/resources then you could just rip the book up or have a friend do it for you. For example, I ripped the strategy part of my BB by the spine and then proceeded to separate the practice tests in the same manner. Now I can just take one test at a time to school.
