ACT June 11th 2011 Scores

If I make a 30+, I’m not taking the test anymore!

I have a 5.861 weighted GPA, a 4.0UW, great EC’s, rec’s should be good, essay will be amazing. All I need is a decent ACT score.

@woeishe, SAME HERE!!

I really want to get into UChicago. Apparently it is highly regarded in Asia(Japan) xD. I’m double majoring in Math and East Asian Studies.

Same here, woeishe! Boy, wouldn’t it be great to be finished with this standardized testing and just ENJOY senior year.

I just want Stanford! Its been my dream school since I was 8 years old, and this better become reality or I will be ****ed.

Someone mentioned something about a chat room earlier… is that still going to be happening. If so, where?

^We gotta chatroom goin here.

^ I wanna join the chatroom O_O

Sorry I meant this thread.

How many of you guys feel you will be crying yourselves to sleep tonight?

I noticed people earlier talking about the “registered” status on the website. Mine still reads “registered.” Will my scores be available tonight?

It’s a possibility…
I will feel so bad for wasting my dad’s money if I don’t make any improvement.

5 hours 2 minutes is way too long mehhhhhh

StanfordCs: You need a 32-34 to stand a decent chance at Stanford… even if you are a URM. My younger son got a 32 in April and took it again in June. He has his fingers crossed for a 33 or 34.

Look at the Stanford forum and check out the Decision 2015 thread… it will give you a good idea of the people accepted, waitlisted, and rejected. Good luck.

I kind of feel like just setting a timer and taking a nap until it’s time, but then i’d miss the build-up! haha.

@Stanford, you look good for your dream school. If you’re not confident, find another school which you wouldn’t mind going to! That’s what I’ve done. My dream school is Tufts, but if I don’t get it I’ve always had a back up that I’ve really liked.

^^^ Stanford’s Middle Range on Collegeboard says otherwise.

I saw one dude get into Stanford with a 20! On one of the decision threads.

My friend, who is a URM as well, applied with a 4.0UW/36ACT/decent ECs and was still rejected from Stanford. It’s hard to predict.

^ What ethnicity was he?
