ACT June 11th 2011 Scores

Does anybody know the usual time it takes for people who are still listed only as registered?

Does anyone know if there is a good chance that scores will appear on Wednesday for people who are still “registered”? It says on the website that scores are added each Wednesday and Friday…

how do you guys know the details of your test?

E: 36
M: 36
R: 34
S: 36
Narrowly made a composite 36.

I’m a rising junior and took the test cold, so I’m pretty happy. My writing score will be ugly, though, as I didn’t finish my conclusion…

First time:
E-36
M-25
R-36
S-30
W-11

This time:
E-35 (teeny-tiny can go die)
M-29
R-34 >__<
S-30
W-12

Well, there’s always the fall. And the SAT. Wooo.

E: 35
M: 36
R: 34 (*** i only got one wrong and i got a 34?!)
S: 29 (pretty good considering i didn’t know that the ACT had a science section when i walked in)

C: 33.5… 34.

i’m done with standardized testing, fantastic.

@Bart

it’s definitely on the rise for sure by quite a vast margin

Congrats to all the AMAZING CCers!

I received a 32 on the reading portion, but thought I had answered them all nearly perfectly, checking all the ones I had trouble with in the Reading forum post. Should I chance a rescore? Should I order the TIR first?

I know it shouldn’t matter that much, but I’d like to get the best score I can get with the time I spent on a Saturday morning. Wouldn’t we all? :]

Anyways, either I made a careless mistake or the Science curve is 35 -1.
And very interesting to see the 36 -1 Math.

Also, it seems that either I never knew - or from now on - the only ACT subsections that matter, apart from the composite score (in terms of objective application consideration) are Math and English and Writing (if you get from 10-12 on Essay). I gathered this from the new article about the legitimacy of the ACT and from the Stanford and Harvard sites. Everyone probably already knew this though.

April 11
E: 29
M: 31
R: 32
S: 25
C: 29

June 11
E: 33
M: 33
R: 29
S: 30
C: 31

Pretty happy! Spent the week before practicing from the 1296 PR book.

@Kelowna - wow, my son is a rising junior as well and his scores were IDENTICAL to your son’s! 36’s for math and science, and 35’s for reading and English, for a composite of 36. However, his also showed his writing score and he got a 12 on that! Congrats to you and all of the (many it seems like!) 36’s!!

My friends from the same test center who took it already got their scores back online, and it still says registered for me. Should I be worried?

E:28
M:36
R:25
S:31
C:30

Pretty happy with the results, given that it’s the first time I’ve ever taken it. And I got 1900 back in Jan SAT, so it’s unexpected alright. Will still study for SATs and ACT. Taking both in Sept-_-

E: 34 (Very pleased)
M: 28 (section must have had an incredible curve)
R: 30 (terrible curve)
S: 25 (Somewhat content seeing as the curve is never too generous)
C: 29 (content, seeing as I get my FAS scholarship now.)

My science dropped from a 28 on the February test… :frowning:
Superscored: 30

Went from a 23 composite in April to 28 composite in June! I couldn’t believe it!

@Marciemi - it is a nice surprise and a relief, isn’t it?
Congrats to you as well :)

36!!! I was elated. All that work paid off

Congrats!!!

I’m so happy I got a 28 w/out any preparation except a little studying like a half hour before the test, and I’m a sophomore. WOOHOO

To all CCers who have yet to receive their scores: I have not either and I highly doubt it’s anything on our end. It says 8% - 10% of examinees provide inconsistent information, which can cause scores to take longer, but seeing as we’re all intelligent, competent people I highly doubt that’s the case. Let’s cross our fingers for a posting tonight at 12 CST!

E 31
M 31
R 29
S 31
Essay 11

Comp 31
Very content for a first try!
