How did the questions go? Idr (on my phone)

One asked about molar masses of sucrose and lactose, another asked which would have more particles when dissolved in water (MgCl2), anddd one asked if the temperature was raised what would the graph look like? Did you guys say it would have same y-int but higher slope?

@rock: agreed with the slope question.

It’s very vague… Can people post the answers to those questions? Maybe ill remember.

Higher slope, MM of Lactose > Sucrose, and MgCl2 produces the most particles (van’t hoff factor).

Hmm the slope sounds familiar, I can’t rmemeber what I put for the last one. What were the choices if you remember? I seriously did not learn anything in AP chem but I did take it over a year ago, so I don’t remember haha.

That last question, the slope one, was the first choice (A or F), right? Same y, higher? I remember knowing the answer but bubbling it at basically the very last second.

NaCl, some carbon hydrate, MgCl2, and a compound like AB.
NaCl - i=2
Carbon hydrate - i=1
MgCl2 - i=3
AB - i=2

Therefore, MgCl2 dissolves into more particles.

Anyone know what’s the curve looking like? so far, the only one that seems to be debated is the 3.0/4.0 and 40 thing from the physics section (deformation, etc.)

also-for that plant one where it mentioned DEA in the bottom 2 choices, those were invalid right? DEA didn’t have anything to do with it?

because i thought it was plant sucking in water (or whatever) had less of an effect than bacterial breakdown… (Key word was either less/greater effect)

I was so happy for the chemistry part since I just finished chemistry this year (no, not AP, but still knew all the stuff woot)

I either put NaCl or the Mg one, idr

Does anyone remember like the last five questions? That last passage? I was really low on time. I know I got the y-intercept higher slope, 2-2, and MgCl2 or whatever right, but I forget the other two questions.

Please? It’s really buggin me

What is the 2-2 one?

It was just finishing the formula of pi = __ __ __ __

That one was Pi= (2)(1)(.0821)(293K)? I don’t remember the temperature but I’m pretty sure this is it. It was the ideal gas law. Another answer was “Lactose has a higher molecular mass than sucrose”.

Was the lactose one super obvious just by looking at the chart do you remember?

Do you remember what the question was? I can answer your question if you remember.

@Rock: No. It was pi=(2)(2)(.0821)(293)

Hmmm… I can’t remember if I put 2-1 or 2-2…
