ACT Math too low for engineering applicant?

<p>So I got my ACT math scores yesterday and it was 30
I was really hoping to at least be considered for the engineering scholarship but now I don't know if it's possible... I haven't even done any math/science competition (my school doesn't offer)</p>

<p>I have a 760 on the math SAT, 740 Math II
I'd like to retake but the ACT w/ late fee is so expensive!</p>

<p>Any thoughts?</p>
