ACT or SAT?!

So I only got a 1980 on my SAT with 680 math, 660 writing, and a 640 reading. But, I got a 33 on my ACT with a 34 math, 31 science, 33 reading, and 33 english and I also got a 10 on my essay. I know my ACT score is much better than my SAT score so is it worth submitting both scores or is it best to just submit the ACT score since it's better? Also, I am applying early admission to the engineering college.

Sidenote: I haven't had any scores sent to Cornell yet (or any school for that matter), so should I send them now or wait until I actually submit the application?

Your ACT score is significantly higher, I would only send it & not the SAT :

You need to send SAT II’s for the College of Engineering. Since Cornell doesn’t allow score choice, you will have to send your regular SATs along with it, but Cornell will use your higher ACT score. My S had a similar situation, and had to send everything.

Thank you.!
