<p>How exactly is each scale score calculated for each section of the ACT Plan? </p>

<p>On reading, I got every question right, but my scale score is a 30. Anyone know how that's possible?</p>

<p>Thats not possible. The scaled score is based on percentile and changes slightly from test to test. Usually its roughly a point down for every question for reading.</p>

<p>See thread above (maybe moderator could combine?) for others who have the same issue with ACT Plan scoring. Apparently OP is not alone in experiencing strange score scaling.</p>
