My S took writing in IL and we got his scores today via glitch method.
used chrome and IE both works.

I got the glitch to work for the first time this morning (2nd time test taker, with writing, “tested” status for over a week, in Northern Virginia area, though it appears where you are located is irrelevant), using IE. I tried just now using chrome and it would not work - came up with null (though it appears others have gotten it to work with chrome).

this is what I did to get it to work on IE:
- click on “your test dates and scores” and then click on the test date you are checking on - look in the url and write down the last 8 digits - this is your test ID number which you will need
- then click on “home”
- then click on “your test dates and scores”
- stay on that page and type or copy and paste this in to the url line:
javascript:displayWindow(‘actibeCTsdScoresPrt.jsp?pdf.x=1®Id=XXXXXXXX’,800,800) - note: it won’t work if you have spaces in the string and the XXXXXXXX is your test ID number that you wrote down (and not your 8-digit “ACT ID”).

i’ve been following the glitch for two tests now and it appears to only work if you’re tested status, but even if you are tested it may not work (and will come up with “sorry transaction cannot be completed”. geographic location and whether you took writing doesn’t appear to matter. seems like if they have loaded in your scores, you can see them, but not all scores have been loaded in. and none of it is indicative of how you did.

First I went to the act website clicked on when will scores be ready. When that opened there was an number that I copied then I put this is the browser WHILE I WAS ON THE PAGE
pjavascript:displayWindow(‘actibeCTsdScoresPrt.jsp?pdf.x=1®Id=xxxxxxxx’,800,800)

Change the x’s with your number and make sure the JavaScript is still there(I copied it all and then deleted the p. if you copy it with out the p the JavaScript will disappear
Then a PDF with my scores popped up

took it with writing and it worked

Mine is coming up with the score report but saying “null” for everything. I’m on the east coast. I removed all spaces in the javascript URL but it still did not work.

The glitch hasn’t worked for me yet. I took it with writing in Louisiana. My status has been tested for a week, but I keep getting the “sorry, your transaction cannot be completed” message

I was able to get mine up but it says “null” any suggestions ? Oh it was on chrome. Maybe a different browser?

If you get “null,” you didn’t delete all the spaces in the javascript string.

It says something about firewall.

I’m presuming that “sorry your transaction can’t be completed blah blah” just means they haven’t added it online yet?

It depends - I got sorry your transaction the first time I tried but it turns out I was just doing it wrong. =P

Maybe I’m doing the same thing wrong you’re doing…how exactly did you do the correct way?

@SgtGutter I think you have a space next to the ? in the javascript thing you copy and paste. I had the same issue before

I took the April ACT w/ writing and my test still hasn’t change to tested yet. Should I be worried?

Hendrix96
same here…are you international?

i took act w/ writing, and my status has been “tested” for 5 days or so… i’m international.

@alexbcn I’m not international. I’m from NC. I’m getting worried about my scores not being up yet

what time do the scores actually come out

I think the first scores come out at midnight central time i dont know whether they are released geographically, randomly, etc

My status has been tested since last monday and the glitch still wont work for me. I took it with writing and I’m from Washington. It is also my first time.
