ACT Proctor Bad Timer

I have taken the ACT twice and I always time myself using a watch and I notice that sometimes my proctor ends the section 2 minutes early or 1 minute late or 5 minutes early!

They use the clocks on the wall in the school and they are not always accurate to the minute and are just not exact.

This bad timing of the Proctor messes me up and I get more wrong then I should have.

Are we allowed to give the proctor a stopwatch so that they can have an accurate time keeping?

Has anyone contacted ACT regarding this? I tried looking for what number or email to contact but i dont know which one
