ACT question, PLEASE HELP!

Okay, here's my situation.

My first ACT i scored a composite 30, writing 11.

I retook it w/ no writing and got a 30 again. however, i didn't prepare and want to take it one more time because I'm pretty sure I can bump it up a point or two.

My question is this: A lot of schools I'm applying to req. ACT+writing - If it take the ACT (no writing) for a better mult. choice score, will my previous writing score still count? I don't want to chance not getting another 11, but do want to boost the comp. score. Let me know if this doesn't make sense.

Take it with writing. Most schools won’t superscore. My son’s friend was kicking himself for not taking the writing on a test where he scored very high.
