ACT Question (Scholarships)

I recently took an ACT test without the writing component and scored a 33 composite (33E 32M 33S 33R), however I’m not sure how to interpret UA’s policy on ACT and SAT tests for scholarships.

I have already taken the SAT I and am taking it again on Oct. 9, so is it possible to combine my SAT Writing score with my ACT for scholarships? Or will just my SAT be used for consideration/Have to re-take ACT w/ Writing to use my ACT

Thanks in advance!

Good question.

You will need to send your question to the Director of Scholarships, Carolyn Rogers for an answer that you can be assured is correct.

i think as long as you have taken the writing portion of the SAT or ACT once then that is all that is required.

some schools require the test to be taken WITH the writing section to even consider the score, but i don’t think alabama is one of them.

do as mom suggested and check with carolyn rogers to be sure.

If you can, Please post the response for other students to know as well.
