<p>The no penalty concept means that they view an unanswered question and a question answered incorrect as the same - no points are given either way. In terms of what that means on the test, it basically says you should answer every question. The SAT is different.</p>
<p>In terms of the number of questions, it varies by each section. Obviously some sections have more questions so the number required changes by each section.</p>
