ACT Question

Hi! I first sent my 29 ACT score to USC, but later I sent a 33 after I got this score. A 33 can qualify me for a good scholarship, but will the 29 I first sent hurt my chances for those scholarships that require a 30+ ACT? Thanks!

Congrats on a great ACT score! I don’t believe the 29 will affect your chances at a scholarship from UofSC. Some universities do require all test scores but UofSC isn’t one of them, so I suspect that they will ignore the first score that you sent to them and stick with the highest.

USC uses the highest scores you send and encourages you to send them all to be sure you get the highest scores possible with superscoring the SAT. Maybe not a factor with ACT but don’t think it hurts.
