I got a 30 on the science section but a 26 on reading.. I thought they use the same type of interpretation skills. What could I do to increase the reading? I already used all of the practice tests out of the red book. Gahhh I need help

How do you approach the science and reading sections?

I got the same score on both (33). They do have some fundamental differences in that the science is more concentrated on reasoning and inferences whereas the reading is more focused on memory, general understanding, and maticulousness. I don’t like either because I am a slow reader and I feel overly rushed on them. I did better on the math (36) and english (35) which give an undoubtably ample amount of time.

P.S. The best way to get better at reading is by reading and doing practice tests. I thought I’d do better than I did; I didn’t have a stopwatch and never really timed myself on practices, so doing so may be a good idea for you.
