If someone names Ali Aslam Khan, as it appears on the passport, then how we will fill the ACT registration form on web account.
The first name will be Ali, last name will be Khan and middle initial name will be “A” i.e the first letter of the middle name.
Or instead we’ll write Ali Aslam as first name and Khan as the last name leaving middle initial blank?
It should be fine if you write “Ali Aslam” as your first/given name, and “Khan” as your last name/surname. Not everyone has a middle name, which is why it is usually an optional field on many forms. Plus, it matches your passport exactly as written.
Thanks!
The middle initial option is more appropriate. I have confirmed this with ACT administration and both of the ways are correct.
