I had my first ACT scores sent to colleges using the ACT ID number. When I signed up for a second round, I got another ID number, but when I sent the second (much better) scores, I ordered them using my SSN. I just received a letter from ACT noting the discrepancy. So, the second set was sent off using the second ID number. This should not be aproblem, but I am a bit nervous that somehow the scores might not get properly filed with my application. All of my applications are noted as being complete, but that could mean that they just got the first set. I did self-report the second scores on the Common Application. Am I worrying over nothing? Should I e-mail to ask if the second scores were received?

Generally, colleges get the scores into the right files. An issue might arise only if you and another have exactly the same name.

this happened to me...check with all your schools just to be sure!
