<p>yes, my test center was one of the four in the whole country that needed to be rescheduled, apparently "the ACT forgot to send their materials" to my site. we were told to call the ACT, and I did and was told that I'd get a letter in the mail with further instructions.</p>

<p>has this ever happened to anyone else?</p>

<p>Hah this happened to me in June. They didn't send enough materials to my test center so they had to turn away standbys / anyone who was switching test centers.</p>
