<p>Anything .5 and above, you round up to the next integer (ie. 32.5=33, 34.75=35). Below .5, in your case, you round down (ie. 32.25=32). So, yes, you would round down in this case.</p>
<p>Down. rule for ACT is that rounding up occurs only for .5 and higher. However, it may make no difference for colleges you are applying to. Majority of colleges do not superscore ACT but instead use that one with the highest composite. Also many of those that do superscore are looking at section scores and not just composite.</p>
