ACT Rules on Calculators

I just wanted to ask, are you allowed to use 2 calculators on the math exam? Like can I normally use my scientific and when some graphing is called for whip out my graphing calculator to do the problem?

This isn’t permitted. They say that you can have two calculators, one as a backup. I remember hearing that you can only use one calculator at a time, though. I think this is to reduce the risk that people would cheat by sharing calculators that could have answers typed into them.

Thanks jmassey16!

Yes, I do remember reading about the backup calculator.
It would just be nice to have the usability of a scientific and graphing capability of a graphing calculator. :P
