<p>I've seen numbers as low as 2240 and as high as 2340
Does someone know of a more exact chart or at least an accurate range?</p>
<p>If you just do proportions, a 34 would be 2266. Since it doesn't work that way you just have to do with score ranges. They are two different systems.</p>
<p>From my knowledge a 34 is something like a 2310 or so.</p>

<p>Just an additional note; I believe that a lot of books and sources (especially those regarding AI) state that a 34 corresponds to a 1520 old SAT, split down the middle between CR and M. Basically, a 760 for each section.</p>
<p>With the new SAT, the people doing the conversion just made another 760 for the writing section to correspond to the ACT. I don't know if that works out perfectly...</p>
<p>Well, nothing works out perfectly, because there really is no "conversion" per se like there is from metric to US measurements. People can often perform "better" on the ACT than SAT, and sometimes all they really did "better" was get a score that supposedly converts to a higher SAT. There's no perfect conversion.</p>
