<p>A 95 GPA with tons of rigor is a lot better than a 97 GPA with absolutely no rigor.
I would say rigor trumps high GPA, as long as you still have a relatively high GPA with rigor.</p>
<p>i have a 90+ GPA so far,but i took all regular class in my freshman year and only 2 honors classes in my sophomore year,does it look bad? this year i took all honors and aps.except for one regular.
and btw,i just came to the US since i was 14,so i had no choice to take any honors classes in my freshman year,will college realize my situation????</p>
