<p>They are more or less equivalent. To the extent that the colleges to which you’re applying have a preference possibly send that one, or send both.</p>
<p>With a few exceptions, colleges accept either and do not have a preference for either. One exception is the Cal Poly’s which state a preference for the ACT. There are also still some generally low or unranked local city type colleges that might require one or the other. Otherwise, it does not matter which you send. In your case, published conversion tables indicate your scores are close to each other. Nevertheless, you might send both because not all colleges rely on the published equivalency tables and many have their own which can differ from what you see on the internet.</p>
<p>Coversion chart I have says a 29 is a 1920, so your SAT is a little better, probably safer to send both.</p>
