I have been scoring consistently poorly on science during practice tests, while barely finishing on time. How can I improve my science score?
I feel so dumb while reading some questions, I feel like I don't even know what it's asking and if I take the time to read through all of the passages to try to dissect the information, I run out of time.

ANY TIPS?

Avoid reading the wordy and useless instructions placed before the real thing (diagrams/figures/tables, etc.) because the Science section is so time-pressured.

Just read the questions first; most of them will direct you to a specific diagram/table. Then go get it.

This works for me. If you still have problems, you may wish to check out the Princeton Review which I think has a good review for the Science section.
