ACT Science - Two passages Questions... HELP!

I'm not a big fan of these.
Any tips on how to approach them?

I read one passage first, then answer the questions that have to deal with just that passage. THen read the other passage, and go from there.

The types that destroy me are the ones that are like "blah blah" hypothesis vs. "blah blah" hypothesis.

All help would be appreciated. I'd LOVE to get a 33+ on science this time :)

I normally read both of the passages, and then mark in the margin next to do text what the main points are about. Then I refer back to the passage for most questions. I also save this passage for last, since it generally takes the longest. This gives me ~9 minutes to do the passage. Most of the questions are simply, “What would both scientists agree on”, or other simple analysis questions. There’s not many inference questions for these, so marking in the book is much to your benefit. Underline definitions and formula, and summarize the content. Since I refer to the passage for most questions, marking the book makes it far more efficient.

I will definitely keep that in mind!
Yes, I also save the 2 passages section for last.
I usually do pretty well on the charts/graphs and stuff…
But it’s like the 3-4 questions that I’ll miss from the passages that’ll drop my score.
