Hi, I was wondering if any of you could help me!

I don't take any science subjects in my HS now (I'm a junior). I took Biology in my freshman and sophomore year though...

How can I study for the science section of the ACT?
Do you have any suggestions - any books/test prep. materials?

I'm planning to take it in September, so I have the summer to study.

Thank you! (:

Just take some practice tests.

And to be honest, I think someone who has taken few science courses could do just as well as someone who has taken 4+; the science ACT is about reasoning and interpreting graphs, not science.

As I said, just practice, practice, practice, the timing is the hardest part.

I agree with Adam5400; you don’t need to know any science for the ACT. Get a Prepbook or some review material and just look over some of the suggested strategies. Then, do as many practice tests as possible, and review the wrong answers. If you do that regularly over the summer, you’ll be in great shape for the Science section of the ACT.

Do you have the basic ability to comprehend a graph and analyze it?
If you do, you’re golden ponyboy.
