<p>Of course, a higher ACT score will increase your chances… even if it’s only by one point.</p>
<p>I can’t imagine it changing it enough to be worth actually paying to retake the ACT for one point.</p>

<p>Well psychologically, 30 looks better than 29 because 30 ends with a “0.” I am not joking, there have been studies done that say that people will buy something that costs $59 but not $60, $29 but not $30 etc.</p>

<p>30 does seem way more elite than 29…Its the biggest single point difference…more important that 28 to 29</p>
