ACT Score for Ivies?

I got a 33 on the June 2011 ACTs with the following subscores:
English: 33 (18/16)
Math: 34 (18/16/16)
Reading: 29 (16/13)
Science: 35
Essay: 10
Combined: 32

My question is, would this score be good enough for Yale? Or should I retake it to raise that reading score?

33 is fine for Yale. Getting a higher score won’t make or break your app, I doubt it will change anything actually. Just nail your essays, get great recs, keep up the ecs, and grades.

Even a 36 isn’t good enough for Yale if the rest of the application isn’t solid.

what about this score:
english: 34
math: 36
reading: 25
science: 35
essay: 10
composite: 33
would that be good enough with a 25 on reading?

^lol you’re pushing it.

Just a 25 on reading won’t break it with the other incredible scores. Don’t worry about Practical.

Yale has an average ACT score of 32. So you will want a 32+ to stand out test wise.

what if i have a 680 on reading on the sat, which is much better than a 25 on the act?
