is this score worth reporting to colleges? I got a 2150 on my SAT reasoning and I believe that score is better than my 31. Anyway, would it help/hurt me in any way to report this score or is it better to just ignore it?

What is your SAT score on the 1600 scale(M+CR)? Send both of them. It's a great score, and it won't hurt you. I mean anyone with a 2150 who applies could have an ACT score of like 28 and colleges would never know. If you're applying to like 10 colleges, don't waste too much money.

Last I checked, an ACT composite of 31 puts you in the 97th-98th percentile. What's wrong with that?

well according to the official conversion, a 31 is a 1380/2060... so i would say that the 2150 is better... but they are both very good scores.

rahoulva- my combined CR+M is 1410.

nothing's wrong with the 31 but i was only planning to pay to send reports if my ACT was better.
