I got the same score 3 times in a row. And I would like some tips on getting a higher score, I want to at least get a 26 or 28.
Should I try to take the sat and keep trying to get a higher score with the act? Please give your opinions, Thank you.

Have you taken a practice SAT before? If not I would suggest doing that and compare scores.
Did you change anything at all before each test? If you prepared the same way, or not at all, then that is the reason for the same score. The variations of the subsections are most likely due to the chance and luck of that particular test. For example, you might have just known more material tested in the math section the last time compared to the first time just by chance. I would recommend the revolutionary idea of practice. I finally sat down and decided to practice every day and it paid off. I studied about a month and a half before my test and improved my scores greatly specifically in my weaker areas. Just target two weak sections heavily and then stay on top of the other two. I will leave a link for what I used to practice and I would recommend starting untimed then timing yourself after a week or two.
