I just got my ACT score today.
I got a composite of 36, with subscores of 35 in English and Science and subscores of 36 in Math and Reading.

How did I get a 36?
I thought you had to get 36s on all the subscores or at least most of them.

Could someone explain?

Thanks

Are you sure about the 36 in math? lol

It’s just an average, so:
(35+35+36+36)/4 = 35.5 -->36

Rounding makes it a 36. Congratz u lucky ■■■■■■■

Oh I didn’t realize that it was just an average. I thought you had to only miss one or two to get a 36.

But thanks! I guess I lucked out :p

Congrats! That’s really awesome. You never have to see that test again (if you don’t want to).

Thanks! My essay score wasn’t that great, but I don’t think it’s bad enough for me to retake the test.
