The first time I took the Act, I scored a 26, the second time I scored a 32, will this be flagged? Studied my ass off for this score with a lot of tutoring and studying so much! I do have a 4.65 GPA.
Probably not, even if they do you just have to show them proof that your studied, so you should be fine.
You may be flagged but as long as you can get within 3 points of a retest, they’ll let you keep your score. Chances are if you can provide proof that the score is legitimate, you won’t even reach the point of retest.
Do they flag everybody with a 6+ score or is it a random process?
I don’t think 6 points is too unrealistic they might flag you if you went up something crazy like 10 points or so.
Thank you, they say 6+ they do flag, Just hope I’m not flagged, there is a certified letter waiting at the post office for me.
If you didn’t cheat there is nothing to be scared about. Show them the proof that you studied and they will let you go.
Thanks, It’s been a stressful junior year, AP’s and all the College prep!
Hi!! I also scored a 26 and I was just wondering how you improved your score so much! Do you have any studying tips? I just don’t even know where to start! And good job by the way, I’m sure you’ll be fine!!
The first time I took the ACT I wasn’t prepared and barely studied, the 32 I got because I got a private tutor and completed an ACT book, it went a long way to study and be prepared!
