ACT Scores from Cal Poly to CSU Mentor: How Long Does it Take?

On Oct. 31 my daughter ordered her ACT scores to be sent to SLO. We keep checking the ACT scores manager in CSU Mentor, so she can share the scores with other CSU schools. However, nothing has turned up to date. I confirmed with Cal Poly in early December that they have received her official ACT scores.

Does anyone know how long it usually takes for the ACT scores to be sent from Cal Poly to CSU Mentor?

Thanks!

I am planning to submit my ACT score, but I have not yet. I submitted by SAT score and that was uploaded onto their system within 3 days.

Did you send your SAT scores to SLO or CSU Mentor? We sent the SAT scores to CSU Mentor. I think we’re ok there since SLO said they received the SAT scores (so I assume the other CSUs she applied to also got them).

Unfortunately, you can’t send the ACT scores directly to CSU Mentor. You send them to one school, and then use CSU Mentor’s ACT score manager to share them with other schools.

Just to follow up: I just found out (after two phone calls) that the problem with ACT Scores Manager in CSU Mentor was that I was including my daughter’s middle initial in the form. Once I took that out, lo & behold, the scores were there!

how did you take her middle initial out when csu mentor does not allow me to change my name and neither does ACT

Since it was over a year ago now, I don’t remember exactly what I did. Here’s are directions on using the ACT scores manager that I found online:

Take a look at the 5th slide. I think I was including my daughter’s middle initial on the form when I should haven’t been.

My older son has a problem with the ACT score manager 2 years ago when he applied. It turned out instead of spelling out DRIVE on our address it wanted the abbreviation DR. Once that was changed, the scores were in the manager.
