ACT scores

So, I have a dilemma. I've taken the ACT three different times now, and I'm not sure what I should self-report or not self-report because I don't know exactly what can be interpreted by my scores. I'm applying to top schools and all three scores are in the acceptance range, but I'm just not sure.

Test #1 is my highest composite, taken last December. Tests #2 and 3 (March and October, respectively) are both one point lower in composite, but rather than being fairly even across the board, one score is very high and the others are a bit lower (not too much though). However, Test #2 the high was in Reading while Test #3 the high is in English.

My score from Test #3 has already been reported to the schools I'm applying to, but I'm not sure if I should self-report the others or not.

I guess my question is: how does this look? Do my scores suggest something positive or negative?

just discussing this on another thread; great question to contact your regional admissions rep about at the schools you are applying to…if they tell you they only care about the highest composite, that will answer your question…if they tell you to send everything and they will “sort them out”, there you go…

Send your highest composite (#1) along with the one you have already sent. If any of your schools super-score the ACT (this is fairly rare), send all three scores to that school and let them, as rodney says, “sort them out.”
