ACT scoring question

I got a 31 composite on my ACT in April with no studying or familiarization with the test format. My subscores were:

English: 31
Math: 28
Reading: 33
Science: 33

I have taken 2 full length practice tests since then. My latest score was a 33 composite (E:34, M:33, R: 36, S: 28). Basically I believe that my official Science score was a serendipitous occurance and is very unlikley to happen again. I am retaking in September and am wondering if colleges "super score" the ACT like they do with the SAT. I'm expecting a 34 composite in September with subscores like such: E- 35-36, M- 34-35, R- 36, S- 27-30. Would colleges consider my first score of 33 on science? If they did I would probably have a 35 "super score" composite assuming I meet my goals everywhere else.

Some colleges do superscore the ACT. Here is a list of some that I found on another thread.

List of universities that superscore:
Amherst College

University of Arkansas – Fayetteville

Birmingham Southern College

Boston College

Butler University

California State University System

Carnegie Mellon University

University of Colorado – Boulder

Cornell University

Washington and Lee University

Washington State University

Washington University – St. Louis

Xavier University

*MIT uses the best subscores from each section of the ACT but does not use a composite score. So effect is same benefit as superscoring.

Alright thanks. I am probably appying to a couple colleges on that list so that is good.
