I submitted ACT scores today to schools with 01/01/16 deadlines (ex. Northwestern, UVA, Carnegie Mellon, NYU).
Will it be okay if the scores get there a few days after the deadline? All other materials have been submitted to the schools.
Northwestern accepts thru the Jan SAT for which scores will not even be released until Feb and thus test scores can obviously arrive well after Jan 1 there. UVA states on its site that it wants to receive scores by Jan 10 so you should be fine there also. Both Carnegie Mellon and NYU accept thru the December ACT and, for it, many cannot even have scores sent until early Jan because their writing score will not be available until then, so both accept scores that arrive after Jan 1.
