Act Superscore

Hey guys,
I suck at the Sats, but according to practice tests, am good at the ACT (31+)

So i have 2 questions, Is it ok for A NY student to not take Sat 2s or the Sat if im applying to northeastern schools ( Brown, BC, Bu, Columbia)

And lastly, Do colleges look at a superscored Act like the Sat, or is it jut the best you do in one sitting?

-Thanks

Bump Bump Bumpppppp

i kno columbia required the act or sat and 2 sat subject tests..idk about the rest

a lot of public universities superscore, but most of the elite colleges look at the best composite

Trinity College and Colby College superscore the ACT

There's no problem with taking only the ACT, even if you're from NY and applying to Northeastern schools. All schools (with I believe the possible exception of Harvey Mudd) take the ACT instead of the SAT I. Many take the ACT instead of SAT II's as well, but some require that you take SAT II's anyway.

Most schools do not superscore the ACT.

There was a CC thread about this that I bookmarked a while back. Check the rules of each college you like CAREFULLY, as different colleges have different policies.
