For a school that says they require sending ACT scores from all test dates because they superscore, and they like to see improvement... does a lower score from a test date taken after one with a higher score look bad on an application?

" Penn's admissions office requires data and information to make informed decisions. Although Penn will always utilize the highest scores from any test or subsection in the review of a candidate's application, having the complete testing profile provides deeper insight. Improvement in scores over a period of time, consistency in scoring or the knowledge that a student took the test once (as a relatively high scorer or even a lower score) provides information helpful in the review process.
Test 1 -

Composite:31
English: 33
Math: 27
Reading: 36
Science: 26
Writing: 08
Combined English/Writing: 30

Test 2 -

Composite Score: 29
English: 30
Math: 28
Reading: 31
Science: 25
Writing: 10
Combine English/Writing: 30

So my question is, do you think that my lower composite (and English, Reading and Science scores) from the second time I took the test, will reflect negatively on my application? Or will they actually only look at the highest?

Thanksss!
