ACT Superscoring With and Without Writing

Hello!
The college I want to go to (NYU) does superscore the ACT, but they need ACT WITH writing. The first time I took it, I did pretty well, but for some reason I took it without writing. My school is really small and wasn't offering it with writing again until October, and I want to apply ED so that was too late. So I took it at a different school with writing in June.
I don't have my scores yet, but I think I did better on science & worse on math than my first time.

So my question is, will NYU superscore my ACT with writing with my ACT without writing?
I've looked it up so many times and I've found similar questions but I can't get a straight answer. Does anyone know the answer, or should I just send an email to NYU admissions?

Thanks!

Many colleges require the writing portion only once, and I’d assume the same would be true with a superscoring university. However, you shouldn’t be timid about asking NYU admissions to clarify.

thanks! I was going to email NYU, but I’m lazy, haha.
