Hey! So the first time I took the ACT I received a 30 (35 English, 33 Reading, 28 Math, 23 Science). The second time I took it I got a 29 (30 English, 30 Reading, 28 Math, 27 Science). If superscored, my composite is a 31. When colleges say they really only consider your superscore, do you think they mean it? Or will they question why my reading and english score dropped? I plan on taking it again because I would like a 32, but am still curious if college admissions officers really value superscore as much as they do one sitting.
Thanks!
By the way, I’m interested in Hamilton College, Wesleyan University, Bard College, Middlebury College, Oberlin College and UVA.
