For example, have you ever gotten below a 25 on any particular section (or sections) and still received a decent score overall?

I know it's a random question, but I know I did horribly on my dec. ACT (especially math and science) so I am just wondering.

well....the scores of each test are averaged....so if you do well on the other sections, dont worry bout it

as for me....35E, 35M, 36R, and a 26 on science. that turned out to be a 33...not the score i expected....but a decent score

thank you for replying!

I got a 33 on the Reading, but ended up with a 29 composite. I'm hoping to break that 30 point mark this time around, but who knows what's going to happen after taking that impossible science section.

^ if you don't mind my asking, what did you get on the other sections?

my first time on the ACT i got 35 M, 34 W, 31 S, and 23 R

so yes its possible

my scores were R:33 W:29 M:27 S:27.

Basketball, what was your composite score then?

Basketball's was a 31, I think because it was 30.75 not rounded.
