Hello everyone. So, the ACT test itself (the information/questions) are easy to me. The only thing that is holding me back from a 31+ is the timing. Specifically, the timing in the math and science section. I am going to practice every day for the next ACT in September, but I was just wondering if you guys have any extra tips on how to manage the time on the ACT. It would be much appreciated!

For English section:

Math Section:
The questions get progressively harder, so use your time as such
First 20 questions: 10-15 min
Second 20 questions: 15-20 min
Third 20 questions: 25-35 min

Reading section:
There are four passages, and you have 35 minutes.
If you use 8 minutes per passage, you will have 3 left to go over answers.
Use the first 3/3.5 minutes of each passage to quickly read through. This will leave you with 5 minutes; 30 seconds per question.

Science section:
There are 7 passages, and 35 minutes.
Take about 5 minutes per passage.
Skim through the experiment, and go straight to the questions. You can usually just answer the questions by knowing what the graphs or data tables represent.

For Writing, all I can say is write fast, and make sure every paragraph relates to your main point.

Hope this helps!
