I'm mainly considering UNC chapel hill and NCSU, my last act composite score was 25 (31 E / 27 M / 22 R / 19 S / 11 essay). There's a noticeable gap between my english/writing and science sections... how bad does that look to admission officers, or do they look at the individual sections?

I'm mainly going to be sending my sat, but I'm wondering if throwing in my act would be good as well. Thanks in advance.

Additional comment: I heard that on the act score reports, the composite and act writing scores are listed separately. Would it be in my best interest to submit, with my combined english/writing score at 31?
